Q1.What is the alcohol content? What kind of alcohol is used?
Our hand sanitizer is 75% alcohol (ethanol)

Q2. What are the relevant certificates you have?
 We have the certificates such as FDA, CE, MSD and hazardous packaging certificate.

Q3: What are the specifications of water-free hand sanitizer you have?? and popular size?
For hand sanitizer. we have 29ml, 60ml, 100ml, 236ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1L, 5L, 20L. the popular size is 100ml, 300ml, 500ml.

Q4. Do you have the MOQ? What's your MOQ? 
our MOQ is based on container (20GP 40HQ) ; one container can only mix 2 different sizes ;

Q5. Can you do private brand?
We can offer OEM service, and for OEM,our MOQ  is 2*40HQ containers. 

Q6.Where are you located? Can still export to my country during Covid-19? What is the delivery time?
We located in Nanjing, China, 
we can arrange the shipment during COVID-19 ; 
The normal delivery time is 2-3weeks.

Q7. What about the shipping and freight?
Ship by sea or air ; and more details about the freight will be provided by our salesman.

Q8.Could you provide the sample? we want to test the quality / market.
So sorry for that we don't provide sample now. 
Because the sample will need about 7 days be shipped to customer to get their confirms, that will cause the delivery date delay, and the delivery time will need at least one or two months.

Q9.Can your company satisfied our country export regulations?
Since we have good cooperation in many countries around the world,and for our hand sanitizer,  we have the certificates such as FDA, CE, MSD and hazardous packaging, so plz don't worry about the shipment and customs inspection. For more details our salesman will explain for you in detail.

Q14. Will your hand sanitizer smell strange or smell strongly? 
Our hand sanitizer only have a slight natural alcohol taste and do not add any flavor.

Q15. Have you tested on animals?
Our hand sanitizer have not been tested on animals, but we have FDA, CE, MSD, and our brand is very popular among the Europe market, so please don't worry about the quality.

Q16. Is your company supplier or distributor?
We are quality consumer products supplier since 2000, also we can export.

Q17. How many specifications can be mixed within one container? How about more than 2 specifications?
One container can only mix 2 different sizes.
bzs each line only have one size, if you want to mix more than 2 different sizes, the delivery time will be more longer based our production experience, if you accept longer delivery time.
