In November 2, 2015, the Ministry of health confirmed that the the Atlantic island of Cape Verde, occurrence of Zika virus outbreak in the country 9-10 months, more than 1 thousand cases were reported. Since November 2015, many countries in the Americas have reported cases of infection with the virus. According to WHO reports, as of now, there are 22 high-risk countries and regions, including Brazil, Columbia, Salvatore, Haiti, French Guiana, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Martinique Island, Paraguay, Suriname, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Bolivia, Ecuador, Babado J, Guyana, Guadeloupe, Cape Verde, Samoa and St Martins Island.
